John is a highly versatile DJ with over 25 years of experience, capable of playing almost any style of music. He’s just as comfortable delivering mainstream pop and party anthems as he is playing niche dance and house tracks — and genuinely enjoys the challenge of blending unexpected combinations, from Daft Punk to the Spice Girls.

While John plays a broad range of genres, he openly admits that Folk, Country & Western, and Heavy Metal aren’t really his thing.

He works confidently across all types of events, including corporate and cultural functions, always focusing on what matters most: playing music the crowd will love and that truly gets the party going. John believes that connecting with the audience through music selection is the key to a successful event — and when the crowd is enjoying themselves, so is he.

John’s passion for music began in the 1980s, inspired by the changing sounds and fashions of the decade and the birth of house and dance music. He started DJing after spending countless weekends clubbing, pestering local DJs for opportunities, and hunting through record shops for the next big track. From there, he developed his skills at everything from small family events to large club nights.

In recent years, John has focused primarily on weddings and corporate events, bringing a professional yet relaxed, approachable, and fun attitude to every booking. He considers it a privilege to be part of someone’s special occasion and takes that responsibility seriously.

Over the course of his career, John has worked with hundreds of clients. A personal highlight was performing alongside house music pioneer Brandon Block — even achieving a lifetime ambition when they swapped slots, allowing Brandon to warm up the crowd for him.
