Romina Johnson is a London-based R&B, soul, and UK garage singer originally from Rome, Italy. Born in 1973 into a musical family—her father was the American soul artist Wess Johnson—Romina was immersed in music from a young age and began touring as a backing vocalist at just 12.

She rose to prominence in the UK with her powerhouse vocals on the Artful Dodger’s garage anthem “Movin’ Too Fast”, which hit No. 2 on the UK Singles Chart in 2000.
