Jon Jules is a highly accomplished professional DJ and Mi-Soul Radio presenter with an impressive career spanning more than four decades. From legendary London venues including The Hippodrome, Club UK, Stringfellows and Camden Palace to international destinations across Europe and Australia, Jon has built a reputation as one of the UK’s most accomplished technical DJs.
A key figure in the early development of the House music scene, Jon co-owned one of the South’s most influential record stores in the late 1980s and played an important role in helping launch the careers of a number of renowned DJs.
His versatile style encompasses Jazz-Funk, Soul, Disco, Soulful House and Jackin’ House, with faultless mixing skills and an ability to read and engage an audience. Jon has performed at major clubs, festivals and soul events around the world, including SunceBeat, Ibiza Soul Week, Portugal Soul, Malta Soul & Reggae and Southport Weekender.
Alongside his live DJ performances, Jon presents Mi-Afternoons on Mi-Soul Radio, broadcasting Monday to Friday to audiences across the UK and internationally.
