Ronn van Etten started making music when he was 10 years old. He is a vocalist /guitarist, and knows to play a bit of keys, drums and bass as well.
Throughout his life he played in pop bands and has been performing, covering pop music and playing his own songs.
In 2019 he did a first Cyprus tour with an Eric Clapton tribute show and he has done shows in the Netherlands. 2020-tours to Cyprus were cancelled, but from 2021 on does regular tours. In 2023 he did a first tour in England.
Ronn van Etten does an Eric Clapton tribute with emphasis on his solo career. Many great hits will be performed, but also some lesser known album tracks. Here and there a little story or the background of a song.
Emotion, blues, sensitive guitar playing en vocals pass in a mix of recognition of well-known songs, listening to lyrics, one’s own memories, or joining in if you like.
